Our Davis Vineyard in the Big Valley District AVA here in Lake County, California continues to show its prowess with this varietal. 30+ year old vines produce superb concentration, depth of flavor and retain fresh, vibrant acidity. Always cold fermented in our custom concrete eggs and never with any secondary malolactic fermentation. Our classic Sauvignon Blanc greets you with lemongrass, grapefruit, spring flowers, citrus blooms, caramel and lemon custard. Silky and voluptuous mouthfeel with tropical notes, gooseberry and a long finish.

Ladies and gentlemen please welcome to the portfolio 2021 Madi’s Muse!!
A stunning and unique Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet Franc & 50% Petite Verdot. Falling into our new 'Reserve' series of wines, this new blend originates from our Estate hillside vineyards in the bedrock of volcanic soils. Owned and farmed entirely by the Mount Family in the Red Hills of Lake County AVA we think this wine is nothing short of exquisite. The wine begins aromatically with floral notes, followed by boysenberry, cracked stone and granite. It flows over your palate like a heavy silk blanket that gently lingers and evolves into a generous harmony of vibrant fruit. The palate is balanced with subtle ripe berries and a raspberry pop, with currant and graphite dancing across the mid-palate. Long finish and built for aging. This wine has potential to age for 15+ years and still hold its youth. Get while you can, quantities are limited.
2020 Boatique Estate Malbec

We won’t deny, our Malbec is not akin to it's Argentinian counterpart south of the border. This is high elevation, intense but calm sun, thick-skinned and old vine Malbec grown in the presence of a volcano. Not for the faint of heart. The 2020 Malbec is a true expression of Malbec, 100% single varietal and it holds nothing back. This wine coats the glass with inky purple juiciness that is supple and smooth. Upon first glance it entices you without even tipping the glass to your nose. Although we know you can’t resist and, we promise, you won’t be disappointed. The nose is both savory and tart with brambleberry pie. Expressive and a shock of flavor to the palate that one can only describe as macerated plum jam. The oak is balanced perfectly and has enormous aging potential. The finish is on par with bold silky tannins that stick around to let you know the Malbec is in charge.
2020 Boatique Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Our recently planted Estate Cabernet Vineyard is just approaching its path to maturity. The fruit from this vineyard is high elevation, with steep sloping hillsides, rocky soils, and a view of Mt. Konocti. With even sun exposure our fruit has the opportunity of unobstructed sunlight and optimum ripening conditions. The 2020 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon might be our best to date, just wait until you try it. Everything about this wine is lively and balanced. On the nose you get a big bouquet of dense and rich dark fruit. Only what one could describe as a heaven for your nose. The palate is dotted with ripe plum, black currant and exotic mushroom rendered in bacon fat. The Boatique wines have a delicate freshness about them, never leaving your palate fatigued or weighted down. A clean, lingering finish that is stubborn and refuses to end.
